GFSI Certification Program(s)
The BRCGS Certification Program is a globally recognized standard for food safety and quality management.
The BRC Global Standard was founded in 1992 with the objective of helping the United Kingdom retailers to work together, share knowledge, and promote the food safety & competitiveness of the retail industry in the country.
Throughout the years BRC has developed standards that cover various sectors of the food industry including Food Safety, Packaging Materials, Storage and Distribution and more. Almost all of these certifications are recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), which means that they are likely to be accepted by most retailers and organizations in the industry.
Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Site Standards, Product Control, Process Control, Personnel, High Risk Processes and Areas, Traded Products, Environmental Monitoring, and Food Defense.
